Dear Tea Spa Wellness Customers:
We are open for business again. Thank you for your patience. We are going extra miles to provide the safest environment, provide best training to our staff, and to equip our spa with the best tools available so that we can welcome you back with total confidence.
New Protocols Post COVID-19 Shutdown:
- All rooms are equipped with UV light sterilizer, and after each customer, the light will be on for 30 minutes to purify the room
- All linens are removed and replaced.
- All customers and staff members will wear mask and have temperature measured after entering the spa.
- All customers and staff members will wear shoe covers to enter treatment room.
- All surfaces, massage oil bottles, door handles, other equipment are disinfected after each customer.
- Waiting areas will be offered to customers who have more than one service. All other customers will wait in the car, after receiving text message, customer will directly enter sanitized treatment room. The only person customer will have to contact with will be the therapist performing the service.
- Customers can request service provider to wear gloves if preferred.
- Face massage and hand massage will not be offered.
- Tea and water will not be offered; we encourage customers to bring your drink and drink in the car so mask will stay on the whole time during your service.
- Sauna and facial services will not be offered at this time.
- Daily safety protocol such as hand washing will be enforced as usual.
- For all Tea Spa members, membership will be extended for 8 months. Gift certificates and vouchers will be extended for 1 year.
