The last article covered how Reiki can be a great form of deep meditation. Meditation can be challenging if you have not yet practiced it enough. Our minds tend to run in many different directions at all times of the day and night. Please don’t feel bad if you are not practicing meditation regularly; this is normal; as discussed previously, we are a spirit living in a human experience.

Human experiences come in millions and millions of forms. For example, physical, emotional, and mental pains and traumas. Many of which we may not always have the momentum to start this meditating journey. This is when “Spa Time” can come in handy in such a great variety of ways.
